Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and closing the breakfast area while providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area according to hotel standards

• Prepare and restock breakfast items to ensure availability throughout service

• Keep breakfast, kitchen, and dining areas clean, organized, and sanitized

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service

• Respond to guest questions or concerns and notify management as needed

• Monitor inventory and report supply needs

• Complete daily cleaning and closing duties

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
