Front Desk Agent (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richburg

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist with daily reports and shift paperwork as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
